Situated within a brief 10-minute commute from the primary Georgia Southern campus along US-301, The CPE Center offers a strategically positioned locale. Our facility boasts a suite of contemporary meeting spaces, encompassing:

• 5 versatile multipurpose rooms
• 1 fully equipped computer lab
• 3 elegantly appointed conference rooms
• 2 expansive banquet halls
• 2 convenient kitchenettes
• 6 discreetly designed private office

Each space is meticulously designed to cater to the diverse needs of our clientele, ensuring an environment conducive to productivity and collaboration.

Our rental spaces are outfitted with either a state-of-the-art smartscreen or an integrated projection system, catering to diverse presentation requirements. Additionally, our expansive banquet hall can be partitioned into three distinct rooms for enhanced flexibility.

The CPE Center stands as an optimal venue selection for enterprises and organizations seeking a refined environment to convene for training sessions, corporate gatherings, or conferences. Moreover, we extend our services to provide both short-term and long-term rental options, ensuring adaptability to a spectrum of scheduling demands.

Nessmith-Lane Conference Center

The Nessmith-Lane Center, on the Georgia Southern University campus is located just minutes from the heart of historic downtown Statesboro and has been a local landmark since its inception. Once used as a conference center, the Nessmith Lane Center now serves as the educational hub for East Georgia State College, while retaining its capacity to host an array of events within its grand ballroom and assembly hall. A spacious atrium serves as a gateway to the Georgia Southern Performing Arts Center, while an expansive concourse leads to a serene garden patio. Rental Spaces Include:

• Ballroom (full or partial)
• Assembly Hall (lecture style)
• Atrium
• Concourse

The Nessmith Lane Ballroom comes equipped with a projection system, lighting console and can accommodate a stage and/or dance floor.
