Daniel Defense Customized Training: Train the Trainer
Georgia Southern University’s Division of Continuing and Professional Education specializes in customized executive leadership training for small to large businesses in the Southeast. Utilizing internal and external experts, CPE is capable of customized training for all categories of business. Daniel Defense requested training for 60 of their staff in leadership positions to assist in their training style in October. As new employees come in and leadership changes, it’s crucial to understand the changed dynamics of your team and make sure everyone’s style of leadership is effective.
Dr. DeeDee Southerlin collaborated with Dr. Gabrielle Swab, the Assistant Professor of Management at Parker College of Business at Georgia Southern University. Dr. Swab designed a “Train the Trainer” session that took a deep dive into the Role and Qualities of a Trainer, Connecting with Trainees, Adult Learning Theories, and more!
