2025 HPO Keynote: Dr. Drew Conteras
Optimizing Professional Potential
In the current challenging landscape of healthcare, no discipline is immune to the following: high cost of entry into the profession with a diminishing return on the investment. Additionally, professional advancement and retention of skilled providers become increasingly difficult. These challenges are often attributed to dwindling insurance reimbursement compiled with administrative burdens and barriers. The reality is the variables driving this turmoil are multi-factoral. We will discuss some of these variables as well as potential solutions and things that attendees can do to influence the outcomes and structure a plan to optimize their professional potential.
