A certificate of insurance (COI) is an official document issued by an insurance company or broker that provides evidence of the existence and details of an insurance policy. It typically includes information such as:

• The name of the insured party
• The insurance company’s name and contact details
• The type of coverage provided
• Policy numbers
• Effective and expiration dates of the policy
• Coverage limits and deductibles
• Any additional insured parties

Contact an insurance provider or if you already have a policy in place contact your agent. Show the agent to requirements listed in our Terms & Conditions and they’ll do the rest!

If you cannot attend the conference or program, you may transfer your registration to another participant or request a refund. The number of days prior to the first day of the conference or program will determine the amount of your refund. Cancellation requests will receive:

A full refund if the request is 60 Days prior to the start date.

A 75% refund if the request is 31 – 60 Days prior to the start date.

A 50% refund if the request is 15 – 30 Days prior to the start date.

No refunds will be issued if the request is on or within 14 Days of the start date.

A phone call to communicate cancellation will not be honored.

All refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment. If paid by credit card the refund will be issued to the credit card used. Payments made by check will be refunded by a check and may take up to 30 days to process. If the refund recipient is not a current supplier for Georgia Southern University, a Supplier Authorization Form will need to be completed, submitted, and approved. This may increase the process time for a refund.

You can submit the request up to 11 months but no less than 4 months prior to the dates you are interested in being on campus.

Camp reservations operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is tentatively held in accordance with the camp request and quoted services; however, no reservations or services are secured until a contract has been signed by both parties.

Once a quote has been sent, you will have 30 days to accept, after which a contract will be created and sent to you to sign. The contract will also have a standard 30 day deadline unless otherwise agreed upon.

If the quote is not accepted and/or the contract is not signed within 30 days of receipt, the requested dates will be made available to other interested parties.
