Web Accessibility and Universal Design for Learning

Web accessibility means that websites and web tools are designed in a way so that people with disabilities can perceive, understand, navigate, and interact with the Web. Universal Design for Learning (UDL) is an inclusive instructional framework that helps educators meet the challenges of teaching the broadest spectrum of students possible. Accessible documents, media, and tools also support Universal Design for Learning (UDL).

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Rehabilitation Act protects the rights of everyone to have equal access to information and communication technologies, including the Web.
