The conference will be held in Savannah, Georgia, at the Hyatt Regency Savannah, our host venue on the Savannah Riverfront. It is the perfect location as restaurants and area attractions are easily within walking distance. A block of hotel rooms is available from Tuesday, February 25, 2025, to Saturday, March 1, 2025.

Reserve your room by February 3, 2025, for discounted SoTL Commons Conference room rates of $233 per night. Regular rates apply after February 3rd.

*The $25 destination fee will NOT be applied to reservations booked through the conference link (Group Code: G-GSU5)

Flight:

The Savannah-Hilton Head International Airport is located 10 miles from the Hyatt Regency. Taxi service is available to the hotel.

Parking:

• Valet parking is available at the hotel for those staying at the hotel.
• Self Parking is located off-site in the Whitaker Street Parking Garage (7 Whitaker Street, Savannah, GA 31401) or the Bryan Street Parking Garage (100 E. Bryan Street, Savannah, GA 31401)
