SoTL Commons 2025 Registration Information

Thank you for joining us for SoTL Commons 2025 in beautiful Savannah, Georgia.

The conference begins at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 and runs through early afternoon on Friday, February 28, 2025.

  • Thursday: Full breakfast buffet

2025 Registration Fees

  • $445.00 – Early Registration Fee (ends January 15, 2025)
  • $495.00 – Regular Registration Fee
  • $275.00 – Student Registration Fee (following registration, please email a pdf of enrollment verification to sotlcommons@georgiasouthern.edu – a student ID is not sufficient)

*Georgia Southern faculty may register at a reduced rate. Select the Georgia Southern Faculty tab in the Registration system to receive the correct rate.

Networking Dinner: Wednesday, Feb 26, 2025
$45 before Jan 15, $55 after Jan 15 (Cost covers meal only. Cash bar available).
Seating is limited.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations incur a $25 administrative fee. Requests for full refunds will be accepted until January 15, 2025. Refund requests submitted after January 15, 2025, will not be accepted.
