She fosters collaborations, leads employee initiatives, and organizes engagement events. As a Georgia Southern alumna, Samaria maintains her connection by mentoring students via the Eagle Mentoring Program. Her advice to students: diversify your skill set, network extensively, seek real-world experience, stay informed, manage finances wisely, prioritize health, explore passions, set clear goals, seek guidance, and stay flexible to navigate both academic and professional challenges effectively.
