Another IT Internship – AGCO – Duluth GA

Job Description:

As part of your 3 month summer internship you will work closely with the Dealer Portal team based in Duluth, Georgia.  The Dealer Portal is a modern website built for our dealers.   You will gain valuable insight into this modern technology with multiple technical functions within a global business environment.  The position works closely with our IT staff on project activities as well as working independently.

Timeframe:

Mid-May till mid-August

Job Responsibilities:

• Support requirements gathering and configuration of the portal
• Performs testing and documenting results
• Learns and develops Report using BIRT
• Provides general support and research as directed
• Analyze, maintain and add web page content and documents
• Supports troubleshooting activities

Our ideal candidate:

• Is interested in pursuing an IT position (Required)
• Completed their freshman year (Required)

Specific skills: 

• Management Information System (MIS), Computer Science or related major preferred
• Intern must have experience with MS Excel and Word
• Intern must have experience with Java or relational database
• Intern must have strong communication / interpersonal skills
• Intern must be adaptable to new technologies / practices
