Hodges presents to teachers in Gozo

The international presentations continue for Georgia Southern University’s Professor of Instructional Technology Charles Hodges, Ph.D. This time, Hodges was asked to present to teachers and administrators in Gozo, an island in the Mediterranean Sea that is one of 21 islands that makes up the Maltese archipelago.
Hodges’ presentation, “The Difference Between Online Learning and Emergency Remote Teaching,” provided professional development for the members of the Sir Michelangelo (M.A.) Regalo Sixth Form in Victoria, Gozo, as they started their school year in late September with a mixture of online and face-to-face instruction. The focus of the presentation was learning and context analysis, assessments, and evaluation during emergency remote teaching.
Sir M.A. Refalo is a sixth form educational institution that prepares students 16-years-old and above for continuance at higher education institutions.
