Space Requests / Facilities Planning Committee
The Facilities Planning Committee (FPC) at Georgia Southern University is a cross-divisional group responsible for reviewing and making recommendations regarding the assignment, reassignment, and functional changes to physical space across all campuses.
Chaired by the University Space Manager, the FPC ensures that space is allocated in a manner that supports Georgia Southern’s strategic priorities, maintains accurate space data for reporting, and maximizes the use of university-owned facilities in accordance with the Space Management and Use Policy.
Meeting Schedule
The FPC meets quarterly, with additional meetings called by the Chair as needed.
