4 Pillars of Well-being
The GS Employee Wellness program focuses on four main pillars: mental and emotional well-being, physical well-being, financial well-being, and social well-being.
Mental & Emotional Well-being
Refers to the state of one’s emotional and mental health. It involves understanding and managing one’s emotions, coping with stress, and maintaining a positive outlook on life
Financial Well-being
Relates to the state of one’s financial situation and the ability to meet financial obligations while feeling secure about the future. It involves managing finances effectively, setting financial goals, and feeling in control of one’s financial circumstances.
