Welcome to Reports.GeorgiaSouthern! The dashboards and reports available on this site provide the campus community with self-service enrollment information needed for strategic decision making. Users can access historic trend data as well as current enrollment information that is updated nightly.
Looking for data based on term census only? For interactive information access based on official term census data, as well as retention and graduation rates and external reporting, please visit the Office of Institutional Research. You may take advantage of census-based Interactive Enrollment reporting, and can access the “Facts and Figures” sidebar for more menu options, including Common Data Set and IPEDS reporting.
Enrollment Management dashboards on Reports.GeorgiaSouthern work with any browser and require MyGeorgiaSouthern credentials for access. To access these dashboards from off-campus, users must be logged into the VPN. Request permission to view content using the Request Access link in the sidebar under Resources.
Self-Service Enrollment Management Information:
The Enrollment Management dashboard contains all available Enrollment reports in one convenient place. Use this dashboard to review historic and current undergraduate and graduate admissions funnel data, daily and weekly enrollment counts, program enrollment, degrees conferred, credit and billing hours, and course availability.
Executive Reporting:
Executive Dashboards are available to those with permission to view Executive Dashboard content below. Executive Dashboards do not require VPN access, but viewers should be prepared to log in, when prompted, with an assigned username (institutional email address) and MyGeorgiaSouthern password. Access can be requested by logging a ticket via MyHelp, through the MyGeorgiaSouthern portal. Please state the name of the dashboard you want to access in the ticket. Executive Dashboard content includes descriptive analytics on finance, budget, public safety, and other key topics.
Note: Viewers may access the Executive Dashboards directly or by navigating to the Executive Dashboard Collection from the Collections menu in Tableau; the button below links directly to the Executive Dashboard Home Page. Content may also be added to “Favorites” in Tableau Server for quick access.
