Toombs County Eagle Club sets meeting
Friends and alumni of Georgia Southern University are invited to attend the Toombs County Eagle Club meeting Thursday, August 24 at 6:30 p.m.
The meeting will be at the home of Lee and Rebekah Arnold at 719 Julie Drive in Vidalia and will feature a football update and season preview from Athletics Director Sam Baker.
Families are encouraged to attend. The University’s Center for Wildlife Education will present a special program for children and adults.
The cost is a $10 donation at the door.
