The Legal Awareness in the Workplace (LAW) seminars for administrators, human resource personnel and other business people will continue in Savannah with ‘Internal Investigations and Documentation, Discipline and Discharge.”

The seminar will be offered on Thursday, Sept. 21, at the Coastal Georgia Center. Participants will learn about the legal requirements of running a thorough employee investigation for harassment, accidents and other issues.

From pre-hire procedures through discipline and discharge, the seminar will also cover the most effective ways to avoid employment-related claims against the company.

The fee for each seminar is $69 per person. The fee for each session will be reduced to $59 per person for anyone who signs up for three or more sessions, and for groups of three or more people from the same organization.
