Taiwanese Dancers to Perform at Georgia Southern During International Cultural Exchange

Georgia Southern University’s Center for International Studies and the Statesboro Youth Ballet will celebrate the international language of dance as they welcome the Tainan University of Technology Dance Company to campus on Monday, March 30, at 7 p.m.

The 18-member dance troupe from Taiwan will not only share their routines, but also explain Taiwanese culture and offer dance lessons to students. This international cultural exchange is a joint project involving Georgia Southern and the Averitt Center for the Arts.

The event, which will be held at Georgia Southern’s Performing Arts Center, 847 Plant Drive, is free and open to the public.
