Miss Georgia Southern pageant Feb. 3
The 58th annual Miss Georgia Southern University Scholarship Pageant will be held on Saturday, Feb. 3, at 7 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center (PAC). The theme of this year’s pageant is ’80’s Ladies.” Dress, music and culture from the 1980s will be incorporated into the evening.
Contestants are judged based on a private interview, artistic expression, on-stage question, lifestyle and fitness in swim wear, and presence and poise in evening wear.
The Miss Georgia Southern Pageant is a preliminary for the Miss Georgia Pageant, which is held in June.
The pageant is sponsored by the Office of Student Activities.
The PAC is located on the Georgia Southern campus at the corner of Chandler Road and Plant Drive. The box office is open every Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. The box office is also open one hour prior to the start of each performance.
