Students, faculty and staff gathered on the University\u2019s campuses for delicious servings of fresh fruit and Leopold\u2019s ice cream. This longstanding event began in 1948 under President Zach Henderson as a special treat during the summer heat and has continued under every Georgia Southern president since.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
