Southern Women is an initiative to connect Georgia Southern alumnae to each other and to the University\u2019s Schools, Colleges, and the Georgia Southern Alumni Association. The mission is to provide a forum for women of Georgia Southern to connect with one another for personal and professional growth with the objective of encouraging interest and participation by all alumnae in the programs of the University and the Georgia Southern Alumni Association.<\/p>\n

The latest Southern Women event was held at Artsy Me in Augusta, Georgia, and was hosted by Kate Gary. Others in attendance (pictured) were Cindy Mailey, Amanda Mailey, Kristal Hardee, Callie Cramer, Margaret Dunstand, Kay Edenfield and Angela Murro.<\/p>\n
