Jupiter: King of the Planets – Free Planetarium Public Evening

Enjoy the latest discoveries, images, and telescopic observing of the largest planet in our solar system! Free sky maps, star show, telescopic observing, activities, and more! Free event for all ages to enjoy sponsored by the Department of Physics of the College of Science and Technology at Georgia Southern University. We will be collecting canned and non perishable foods to donate to our local food bank for those in need in our community. The planetarium is located in the Math/Physics Building across Herty Drive from Hanner Fieldhouse. From Highway 67/Fair Road, parking is available in the open gated Faculty/Staff parking lot at the end of Herty Drive. (left turn through the open gates then right turn into the parking lot) The Math/Physics Building is directly across the new pedestrium on the other side of the parking gates between Honors and Biology.
