PADI Open Water Scuba Diving Certification – UPDATED

Open Water Scuba Diving Certification

If you've always wanted to learn how to scuba dive, discover new adventures or simply see the wondrous world beneath the waves, this is where it starts. Throughout the course, you'll learn the fundamentals of scuba diving, including dive equipment and techniques. The fun part about this course is...well, just about all of it because learning to dive is incredible. You breathe underwater for the first time (something you'll never forget) and learn what you need to know to become a certified diver.
Instructors
Brooks Keel and Tammie Schalue became certified divers in 1998. They loved the sport so much they wanted to introduce others to the magical underwater world. This desire prompted them to take the plunge to become scuba diving instructors. Since becoming instructors in 2001, Keel and Schalue have certified or assisted in the certification of hundreds of students. After becoming instructors, they continued their training and are now PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainers. As PADI-MSDT Scuba Instructors Keel and Schalue have shown proficiency in a number of advanced PADI specialties and are certified to teach these specialties as well as Open Water Diving. On dive trips Keel and Schalue pride themselves on providing new and experienced divers with a safe, fun, and exciting adventure by providing many small touches that make the event special. They still enjoy interacting and taking dive trips with some of their first students.
