Fresh & Tasty Spotlight Showcases Chef Brian Hancock
In this week's Fresh & Tasty Spotlight, Eagle Dining Services will showcase Chef
Brian Hancock. On Wednesday, March 13 from 9:30 - 11 a.m . in front of the Eagle
Card Center at Russell Union, Chef Brian
will demonstrate how to cook Portobello Mushroom Sliders, with fresh ingredients
from the Pickle Barrel, and his creation will be shared with anyone that
attends.
Chef Brian is a certified Chef de
Cuisine with the American Culinary Federation and has been working for Eagle
Dining Services since 2005. He is the Executive Chef at Talons Grille and is
the American Culinary Federation’s 2013 Gold medalist and 2008 Bronze medalist
in the NACUFS Southern Regional Culinary Challenge. Chef Brian will compete in
the National competition this summer.
