Fresh & Tasty Spotlight Features Jerk Chicken Quesadillas with Chef Case

this week’s Fresh and Tasty Spotlight, Eagle Dining Services will showcase Chef
Kevin Case on Wednesday, March 27 from 1 - 3 p.m. in front of the Eagle Card
Center at Russell Union. Chef Case will demonstrate how to cook Jerk Chicken
Quesadillas with Tropical Fruit and Avocado Salad, using fresh ingredients from
the Pickle Barrel, and his creation will be shared with anyone that attends. Chef Kevin received a Culinary Arts degree from Johnson & Whales University in Charleston, S.C. In 2007, 2008 and 2009, he was on the NACUFS Southeastern Regional Culinary Competition Team. Chef Case moved back to Statesboro in 2011, and serves as the Executive Chef of Catering for Eagle Dining Services.
