This week’s Fresh and Tasty Spotlight will feature Eagle Dining Services' Chef
Charles Bacon on Wednesday, April 10 from 2 - 4 p.m. in front of the
Eagle Card Center at Russell Union. Chef Charles will demonstrate how to cook Rainbow Fruit Salad with Honey Orange
Sauce, using fresh ingredients from the Pickle Barrel, and his creation will be
shared with anyone that attends. Chef Charles has worked for Eagle Dining
Services for over thirty years and currently serves as one of the Executive
Chefs at the NEST.
