Georgia Southern to Celebrate the Birthday of the U.S. Air Force
Students, faculty, staff and community members are invited to join Georgia Southern in celebrating the 66th birthday of the U.S. Air Force on Wednesday, Sept. 18 at noon in the ballroom of the Nessmith-Lane Conference Center, 847 Plant Drive.
Col. Hal Davis, 165th Operations Group Commander with the Georgia Air National Guard, will be the guest speaker. His presentation will be followed with a birthday cake and refreshments.
The Air Force birthday celebration is sponsored by the Office of Vice President for Government Relations and Community Engagement and the Directorate of Military Affairs at Georgia Southern University.
