Congratulate Graduates with a Special Ad in The Lantern Walk
Do you know a student graduating this May? The Office of Student Media is selling advertising space in The Lantern Walk, a special publication printed every semester for graduates and distributed at commencement ceremonies. It features a list of those graduating, as well as Georgia Southern traditions, and a brief recap of their graduating semester.
Advertising space is available for individuals and groups.
The deadlines and rates are as follows:
Individual ads:
$40 until April 18
Group ads:
$75 until April 11
$85 from April 12-18
The space for individual ads is 5 x 2.5 inches (eighth page). The space for group ads is 5 x 5.25 inches (quarter page).
The individual ads are restricted to one name, such as “Congratulations Jane Smith! We love you, Mom and Dad.” If you wish to congratulate more than one graduate, a group ad must be purchased. The ad could read “Congratulations Student Media Staff! Best wishes, Office of Student Media.” It could also read “Congratulations Jane Smith, Mary Johnson and John Doe! Good luck in the future, Office of Student Media.” Another option is “Congratulations John and Jane Smith, you did it! Love, Mom and Dad.”
