Students Get Interview Training Before Eagle Expo Career Fair

Students can get valuable interview training the day before meeting prospective employers at Georgia Southern next week. The Eagle Expo, Georgia Southern’s largest career fair of the year, is coming to the Recreation Activity Center (RAC) on Wednesday, Feb. 25, from 12 p.m. until 4 p.m. Employers from a wide range of industries throughout Georgia will be looking for internship, co-op and full-time candidates for their businesses. Before students meet their prospective employers, however, Career Services is offering a Mock Interview Day on Tuesday, Feb. 24, from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. in the Russell Union Ballroom. This event will provide students with the opportunity to practice their interview skills with actual employers before the “real thing” on Wednesday. Students must register for the Mock Interview Day by Friday, Feb. 20 by 11:59 pm on the Eagle CareerNet website.
