Encourage graduating students to complete the First Destination Survey
As graduating students close out their time at Georgia Southern in the next couple of weeks, The Office of Career and Professional Development needs your continued assistance with encouraging these students to complete the First Destination Survey (FDS).
Below you’ll find the FDS survey link and a link to the marketing toolkit. Feel free to use any of these resources or reach out to the Office of Career and Professional Development for additional assistance.

- Fall 2022 FDS Marketing Toolkit - includes graphics, suggested email reminders, and other ideas you may choose to use to promote.
Since the survey launched on Wednesday, November 16, 20.9% of Fall 2022 graduates have completed it. While this rate is ahead of previous semesters at this point in the process, more survey responses are needed.
Response rate by college:
- College of Arts and Humanities - 24.5%
- Allen E. Paulson College of Engineering and Computing - 21.3%
- College of Education - 17.6%
- College of Behavioral and Social Sciences - 16.7%
- Jiann-Ping Hsu College of Public Health - 16.7%
- Waters College of Health Professions 15.5%
- Parker College of Business - 14.8%
- College of Science and Mathematics - 14.2%
A more comprehensive update has been provided to each academic college’s dean and the faculty/staff member identified as part of our “FDS Working Group.”
You will continue to receive updated data every Monday in December so that you are aware of our students’ response progress.
