Register for Teachers Retirement System of Georgia pre-retirement workshops and individual counseling
Representatives from the Teachers Retirement System of Georgia (TRS) will be on the Statesboro Campus Nov. 28-30 and on the Armstrong Campus Dec. 11-13 to conduct pre-retirement workshops and individual counseling sessions.
In the one-hour, pre-retirement workshops Nov. 28 and Dec. 11, employees will be provided an overview of planning for retirement, TRS retirement plans and much more. The workshops are open to anyone enrolled in the TRS retirement plan.
The individual pre-retirement counseling sessions Nov. 29-30 and Dec. 12-13, are primarily for members who are within two years of retirement. These sessions are by appointment only and fill up quickly.
