New Electronic Training Review Process
All new training initiatives for students, faculty and staff must be reviewed by the University’s chief human resources officer (CHRO) and the president before advertising the training to maintain compliance with Board of Regents policies. Now, submitting training initiatives for review is easier than ever before with the new Electronic Training Review Process. This new process allows users to ensure that new training initiatives align with Georgia Southern’s mission, vision and values by automating the review and notification process.
To submit a new training initiative for review, click the “Training Review Form” link in the Training tile in your MyGS portal. After you complete this form, initiatives are automatically routed for review. During the process, you’ll receive email notifications about the status of the training review.
