VPN upgrade coming soon

Get ready for an exciting upgrade to our Virtual Private Network (VPN) service! As part of IT Services’ ongoing commitment to enhancing security and improving your user experience, we will be transitioning from Cisco AnyConnect to Palo Alto's Global Protect VPN solution, starting July 31.

The transition to Global Protect VPN aims to provide enhanced security features, improved performance, and a user-friendly interface. Our goal is to ensure a secure and efficient network environment for all faculty and staff members.

We understand that change can sometimes be challenging, which is why we're providing you with ample time to make the transition. Cisco AnyConnect will continue to be available for use until Aug. 31. This means you have the flexibility to gradually shift your VPN usage to Global Protect at your own pace, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition.

Beginning July 31, please visit our IT Services VPN website where you will find step-by-step instructions on logging in and configuring Global Protect VPN on your devices. These easy to follow instructions will allow you to start enjoying these benefits of Global Protect VPN in no time.

Should you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to the IT Services Helpdesk or by submitting a ticket through the MyHelp portal.

Thank you for your cooperation and patience as we implement this change. We are confident that Global Protect VPN will offer you an improved VPN experience.
