Important Sept. 8 payroll information

Due to the University schedule adjustments related to Hurricane Idalia and the early payroll processing due to the Labor Day Holiday, please read and follow the instructions below related to employee timecards.

Nonessential Personnel (who are off Wednesday 8/30/2023 and until noon on Thursday 8/31/2023, pending an "all-clear" from the University)  – MANAGERS MUST RECORD Inclement Weather closing hours (00IWB) for those regularly scheduled hours for each benefited employee. Please record these hours and approve timecards prior to the 9 am payroll deadline on FRIDAY, September 1.

Essential Personnel - Essential personnel who are paid bi-weekly should clock in and clock out, as normal, for the actual hours worked during Wednesday and Thursday.  The MANAGER MUST RECORD the inclement weather closing hours (00IWB) for regularly scheduled hours during these times, for each benefited employee. Please record these hours and approve timecards prior to the 9 am payroll deadline on FRIDAY, September 1.

No action should be needed for MONTHLY paid employee time cards.
