St. Joseph’s/Candler Mobile Mammography Bus coming to Statesboro Campus Dec. 15
Mark your calendars! St. Joseph’s/Candler is bringing their Mobile Mammography Bus
to Georgia Southern University’s Statesboro Campus on Dec. 15. The bus will be located
in front of the Nessmith-Lane Center from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Patient Eligibility Guidelines:
- The American College of Radiology recommends an annual screening mammogram beginning at age 40.
- Women 35-39 years old should check with their insurance provider for plan eligibility and coverage before the screening.
- A physician referral is not required. However, patients must have an active physician (seen in the last 18 months) for reporting purposes.
- One year since your previous mammogram.
- Cannot be pregnant or breast-feeding.
- No new breast lumps/concerns. Patients should promptly contact their physician for evaluation if experiencing breast problems.
