Wellness Week is October 18-22

This year, because the week coincides with Alcohol Awareness week, we have joined efforts with the Office of Alcohol and Other Drugs and Health Services to offer programs related to both alcohol and wellness.

The events of the week are as follows:

Wellness Walk/Tour

Come enjoy a refreshing lunchtime stroll around campus while on a guided tour of places you can visit to enhance each of your 7 dimensions of wellness.  The wellness tour is a fun, educational, and interactive way to learn about wellness on Georgia Southern’s Campus.  Receive a wellness t-shirt for participating!  The tour will begin at the Russell Union Rotunda.  Space is limited.  So, register today!!  To register, email your name and t-shirt size to wellness@georgiasouthern.edu
