NEW Google Apps tool: Aviary
NEW! Google Apps Tool Aviary adds online image manipulation, photo editing, vector art, and audio recording/editing.
The FREE Aviary suite of tools provides advanced functionality for creating, editing and saving multimedia, all from within MyApps.
- For students: The ability to easily create images, edit photos, and share drawings with their classmates or instructor. Google Docs integration means they never lose it and it goes with them wherever they are.
- For faculty: The ability to capture their screen, mark-up homework, and record audio. Work is saved directly to Google Docs for sharing and collaboration and can easily be embedded within GaVIEW.
- For anyone: create stunning images, add effects to photos, collaborate with colleagues on graphical projects.
To begin using Aviary, click the “Aviary” link under “more” at the top left of any MyApps screen. Introductory videos, an intuitive, help-based interface, and a full compliment of tutorials greets new users when you first access the service. More information on Aviary and other MyApps can be found at the MyApps Learning Center.
