Georgia Southern Chorale Performs Tonight
The Georgia Southern Chorale will present a concert of folk songs and spirituals at 7:30 p.m. in the Carol A. Carter Recital Hall this evening.
Featuring folk music of Latvia, Estonia, the Roma, Appalachia and the Southern U.S., the program will include such spirituals as “Joshua Fit De Battle of Jericho,” “My God Is So High,” “I Can Tell The World” and “Ride On, King Jesus.” The concert will also feature the student-led a cappella groups Southern Hospitality and Southern Pitches.
Admission is free and students, faculty and staff are welcome to attend.
