Annual Student Organization Renewals

The Office of Student Activities is pleased to announce that the 2013-2014 renewal process is now open.

This year, the process for renewing your organization is easier than ever! With the help of our new system, MyInvolvement, organizations will be able to submit their registration items in a quick and efficient manner. Additionally, the renewal workshops have been redesigned to allow organizations to receive more valuable information as it relates to their organization type. 

This year, each organization only needs to send two people to the workshops; the Primary Student Leader (President) and another student leader from the organization. The renewal workshop dates are: 

• Organizations starting with letters A-M (Option 2) Friday, April 19th 3-5PM*

• Organizations starting with letters N-Z (Option 1) Monday, April 8th 6-8PM* 
• Organizations starting with letters N-Z (Option 2) Friday, April 26th 3-5PM* 

*Check in for all sessions will be at the Russell Union Information Desk

--- You will choose your renewal workshop during your registration process on MyInvolvement ---

It is highly encouraged to start your registration process through MyInvolvement as soon as possible so that you can choose your workshop date before it fills up. Seats are limited for each session, please plan accordingly!

Further information about the registration process and the renewal workshops will be clearly outlined when you begin your registration. To do so, please login to MyInvolvement and click the “Register This Organization” button located under your organization’s name on your profile page.

Please Note: The individual who starts the registration process for your organization will be the person we notify with any questions and/or approvals.
