Miss Georgia Southern University Send-Off Celebration May 30
Miss Georgia Southern University, Melissa Royal, is traveling to Columbus, Georgia next month to compete in the Annual Miss Georgia Pageant, and you’re invited to a Send-Off Celebration to help her prepare! The Office of Student Activities will host the event on Friday, May 30 from 3 - 4:30 p.m. in the Williams Center Multipurpose Room. Faculty, staff and students are welcomed and encouraged to attend. Light refreshments will be served.
“Your attendance is greatly appreciated during the event,” said Tina Powellson, executive director of the Office of Student Activities and Fraternity and Sorority Life. “We are extremely proud of Melissa and would like to send her off with much support from the Eagle Nation!”
The Annual Miss Georgia Pageant is June 18-21 at RiverCenter for the Performing Arts, 900 Broadway, Columbus, Ga. 31901.
