Auxiliary Services Opens New Grocer and Sandwich Shop
Eagle Dining Services, a division of Auxiliary Services, recently opened GUS Mart and Union Deli, a new convenience store with a hybrid structure combining a small grocery store and a quick-serve deli that serves freshly prepared 8” sub sandwiches, inside Russell Union.
From fruits and vegetables to frozen dinners, GUS Mart contains a variety of grocery items. The mini-mart also features baked, house-made donuts and three Coca-Cola fountain machines. The drink machines allow students the flexibility to choose from multiple flavors. Union Deli, located inside GUS Mart gives students the convenience of ordering a fresh, made-to-order sandwich while shopping for quick items. Featured sandwiches include Old Glory, Lady Liberty and the Patriot. Students have the option of ordering their sandwich in-store or through the Tapingo mobile app.
Located in the former Talons Grille space, GUS Mart is open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Union Deli is open Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Both facilities are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
