New Employee Resource Available: University Policy Library

Policy Library is now available online on the University’s Digital Commons website. The Policy Library houses the official collection of all University-wide policies (those that impact members of the University community across all colleges and divisions*) to ensure easy access to the most current policies and a centralized system for organizing them.
To locate a policy, use the search box function or search by University division.
“The University makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the information contained in the Policy Library is accurate and current, but no claim is made by the University that the list is exhaustive,” said Associate University Attorney Geoffrey Carson. “New policies are entered as soon as possible after they are passed, though there may be a delay before posting.”
For more information regarding a specific policy in the Policy Library, contact the office listed as the responsible office for that policy. To add a policy to the library, contact the Office of Legal Affairs by emailing Geoffrey Carson at
gvcarson@georgiasouthern.edu. You can also complete this
form.
*It is important to note that the colleges, schools, divisions and departments of the University may have additional policies that govern their operations and such policies are not housed in the University’s Policy Library. For college, school, division or department policies, check the websites of those individual entities.
