The Georgia Southern University Performing Arts Center (PAC), 847 Plant Drive, will host Arlo Guthrie’s “Arlo Guthrie: Alice's Restaurant 40th Anniversary” on Friday, Jan. 30 at 7:30 p.m.

"We're all really looking forward to this performance because it's going to be like watching a little piece of history,” said Stacie McDaniel, house manager at the PAC. “Arlo Guthrie is such a significant cultural figure of the sixties – he was there at Woodstock, and he was an important icon for that cultural movement. Plus, he's just so funny and entertaining. This show is not just going to be full of great folk music, but also hilarious stories about Arlo and his family and friends, including his father, Woody Guthrie."

Tickets are $26 for patrons, $23 for Georgia Southern Faculty and Staff and $10 for Georgia Southern students. Tickets may be purchased at the PAC Box Office or online. Online tickets are currently available for purchase.
