Dancing With the Stars, Southern Style

The Student Government Association (SGA) at Georgia Southern will host its second annual Dancing with the Stars competition on Wednesday, April 15 at 6:30 p.m. in the Russell Union Ballroom featuring Georgia Southern students and staff.
The event is the premier fundraiser for Eagles for Eagles. Eagles for Eagles is an SGA student-led initiative to raise money to give awards to Georgia Southern students in extreme financial hardship. The audience can expect a night to remember, and will also learn more about Eagles for Eagles and the stories of some Eagles for Eagles recipients.
Special guest judges include President Brooks A. Keel, Ph.D., University Provost Jean Bartels, Ph.D., Vice President of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management Teresa Thompson, Ph.D., Dean of Students Patrice Buckner Jackson and Associate Director of Athletics Tracy Ham. GUS will also be in attendance dressed to impress in his tuxedo.
Tickets are $5 in advance or $7 at the door. Tickets can be purchased in advance at the SGA office or Dean of Students Office on the second floor of the Russell Union. Tickets can be purchased online
