Coming Fall 2013: Eagle Dining Services’ New Facilities

Eagle Dining Services will introduce two brand new facilities to campus this fall, bringing a variety of foods and action stations in each location, as well as all access dining. Renovations of Lakeside and progress on the new Landrum dining facilities are moving forward smoothly, according to Eagle Dining Services Director, Jeff Yawn. “The projects are progressing nicely with mill work being installed and kitchen equipment coming in. We continue to be very excited!” said Yawn. Michael Murphy, marketing coordinator of Eagle Dining Services, said, the goal (of the brand new facilities) is "to elevate dining, bringing all the latest trends and best concepts to our program while reinvigorating our campus with a one-of-a-kind experience that’s memorable and a joy to all our guests.” A few highlights the campus community can look forward to include:
  • Fresh pizza prepared in a rustic wood burning stove
  • Popular Mongolian BBQ and Hibachi Grill concepts with made-to-order dishes
  • Unique international cuisine
  • Salad bars with a focus on individual, special dietary needs
  • Comfortable, spacious and inviting environment
