About the Presentation:

What are the major legal issues that new media and technology companies face? Are there any risks in using social media? How should I protect my intellectual property? What can I do with user-generated content? Can I use someone else’s song/photo/video on my website or in my services? What do I need to know about legal concepts like indemnity and limitations of liability? This Food for Thought presentation will cover all these issues and more.
