About the Panel discussion:

In a perfect world, everything runs on time and comes in under budget.  This discussion is for people who don’t live in that ideal world, but still need to manage costs, scope, resources — and complete projects on schedule. What does project management really entail and how can you use it to improve your business practices?  This will be a panel discussion, topics explored could include:

  • Understand what project management is and how it can benefit your career and your business.
