DSDA Hosts Realtor Tour of City Campus
On Wednesday 4th May the Downtown Statesboro Development Authority hosted a tour of the City Campus and Dr. Luke Pittaway presented to the touring realtors about the Entrepreneurial Zone and its role in drawing students to Statesboro’s downtown area.
The tour focused on: how the City can help businesses who wish to locate in the downtown area; incentives that are available for entrepreneurs to locate downtown; a tour of buildings available and insights into the future strategic developments, such as, the City Campus and Entrepreneurial Zone. In addition to the tour the realtors browsed the new University store and purchased University merchandise.
