Health Kiosks in Rural Georgia

Improving Health Through
Innovation and Collaboration.
One Community at a Time
Health kiosks are designed to put medical supplies and testing in easy-to-access vending machines.
We are placing kiosks at libraries in rural communities.

This project will begin with a pilot kiosk installation in Toombs County at the Vidalia Public Library.
We will explore how health kiosks can improve health for rural residents. Insights gained will inform whether health kiosks could benefit other rural Georgia communities.
The pilot project is a collaborative effort with the Dr. Mark and Tonya Spivey Public Library, the City of Vidalia, and the Toombs County Development Authority (TCDA).
