Reservations
Student Union Facilities and Event Services have several meeting, conference, banquet, and event spaces available to students, campus departments, and off-campus organizations. Before making a facility reservation, please familiarize yourself with the Policies in place that ensure a positive experience within our facilities.
For all outdoor spaces, reassignment of spaces cannot be guaranteed. All reassignments due to inclement weather or the request of the client are at the discretion of the Student Union Facilities and Event Services staff.

Armstrong Student Union
The Student Union is located in the heart of campus and is the hub of student life and interaction on campus. It provides a safe and welcoming space for students, faculty and staff through entertaining and educational programs and a place for students to interact and learn. Whether you and your friends need a place to hangout, grab a cup of coffee, or a place to study, or host a student organization or departmental meeting or event, the Student Union is for you!
