The objective of the Human Performance Optimization (HPO) Conference is to bring together medical and military professionals to share knowledge and strategies aimed at enhancing the physical, mental, and overall well-being of service members. By focusing on readiness and performance, the conference offers both lecture and lab-based sessions that equip participants with practical skills to improve the effectiveness of military healthcare and support personnel.

- Business Casual or Military Dress Option for Service Members
Where will the conference be held?
- The HPO Conference will be held at the Georgia Southern Armstrong Campus in Savannah, Georgia in the Student Union Ballroom, and Auditorium.
Where should I park, and is there a parking fee?
- Parking for the Human Performance Optimization Conference will be in the Rec Center Parking Lot. The Rec Parking Lot is located near: Armstrong Recreation Center, JA Colonial Group Discovery Center, Student Union, Compass Point, Health Services, and the Lane Library.
- Parking on the Georgia Southern Armstrong Campus is free.
Is there a room block for the conference?

Are there CEUs available at HPO?
- Yes. PTCUs will be awarded upon completion. ATs and Dieticians can submit CEUs.
