Each semester, the Academic Success Center hires more than 80 student employees into student leadership positions, serving as Desk Assistants, and Peer Tutors.

Desk Assistants

Desk Assistants help keep our department running smoothly. They complete administrative tasks, answer phones, greet visitors, and help students get to where they need to go. If you enjoy working with others and have a knack for organization, consider becoming a Desk Assistant for the Academic Success Center.

Peer Tutors

If you have excelled in your humanities, science, and/or math courses, enjoy working with others, and are a clear communicator, consider becoming a humanities, science, and/or math tutor for the Academic Success Center.
